Title:
Delta

Author:
nedill

Description:
The delta of a river is a region where the river meets the sea, transporting all the wastes collected through its running. Hungary does not have direct connection to the sea, however it has an important responsibility of keeping Danube as clear as it can. What sort and amount of wastes we give to the water, we can receive them back through the consumption of fishes. Our installation is an edible food art composition representing the cycle of the water, where: - the sand is edible - the taste and color of the water flowing in the river can be modified in the installation - the water is coming from a globe, full of water, symbolizing a cloud - the river is ending in a pipeline system, which collects the flowing water - the water of the river and the foam symbolizing the waste can be consumed by the visitors
