Entrepreneurship Summit – Berlin 2018

Always in October, the annual Entrepreneurship Summit, organized by our project coordinator the Entrepreneurship Foundation, takes place at the Henry-Ford-Bau. The building is part of the Free University Berlin – one of Germany’s most recognized research universities, with a strong background in humanities, social, natural and life sciences research.

Running 6 – 7 October, this year’s summit shows again that it is a significant entrepreneurial event in Germany. Hosting more than 100 experts from a variety of fields, the event provides a place for like-minded founders, visionaries and lateral thinkers to meet, learn, present and discuss their ideas and experiences. The summit has a particular interest in sustainable and circular businesses that go far beyond simply maximizing financial growth.

The Universal Sea will hold a station at the summit consisting of an art-science-innovation exhibition, a workshop, and a panel discussion.

Our Creative Lead Nicole Loeser* (The Universal Sea) is is going to moderate the panel on art and innovation and we are much looking forward to the inspiring discussion with our speakers:

Timo Kahlen (Sound Sculptor/ Media Artist),
Jennifer Josenhans (Ecologic Institute),
Nina Pestke (Soulbottles),
Christopher Owen
(Lemonaid),
Lubomila Jordanova (Plan A).

Get involved and be at the forefront  – the collaborative power of art and innovation! Join us at the Entrepreneurship Summit and support us in the fight against the plastic epidemic.
