Title:
Reorganisation

Author:
Miep Adenacker

Description:
Regarding my work in general: The focus of my work has been on the inner connection of human beeings and nature for the fast few years. I concern myself with processes of growth and change. Especially biomorhic structures such as coral riffs facinate and inspire me and are constant fountain of inspiration. About the presentet workpiece: Title: „Reorganisation“ Dimensions: 45 x 45 x 35 cm Materials: Ceramic , plaster, pigments , shellack Date of completion : 2016 Looking at the sculpture „Reorganisation“ my attention is on the depth of the ocean, which is filled with the remains of human civilisation. As this regions are hard to reach and berely explored, we cannot witness the impact of our actions. Hidden from our eye this concern easily forgotten. The counterport of this is the shape of nature whith its inexhaustible potential and its pusuit of growth and metamorphosis. Despite of all the damage that we cause on earth in our vanity comfort and greed and in our addiction to alleged progress, a sense of positive energy , the unconditional wish to live and the joy of natures variety and of life itself remain sensible and visible to us. When we can hold onto that energie, we get hope and the chance to start over new.
