The amounts of plastic ending up in the oceans is scary and are effecting not only marine life and vegetation but – by now – also humans! It is time to make a change.
The Ocean Plastics Lab exhibition demonstrates the efforts of scientists worldwide to understand and tackle the waste problem in our ocean. Come and watch science at work, experiment yourself and become a citizen scientist!
The Ocean Plastics Lab will be open from October 21st to October 29th, and will be located on a float on the river Spree and can be entered at Schiffsbauerdamm between the bridge “Friedrichstraße” and Marshallbrücke.
The Outdoor Experience is free of charge.
