Embedded water or Virtual water is the water used to produce food and non-food products. Embedded water in 1 liter of coco cola or other soft drink is 7 liters of water+ the plastic bottle which goes for garbage most of the time, Recycle needs water too. A sheet of A4 size paper needs 10litres of water, Cotton T shirt has 4000 liters embedded water in it, Mango 1 kilogram =1900liters, Banana 1Kilgram = 500liters, Jola[maize]1Kilogram = 2540liters, Jeans 800grms = 18,000liters, Cotton 1 kilogram = 22,500 in India, world average 8000liters, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Rice, Apple, Tomato ……………..….............
