Title:
cercle de paix / CIRCLE OF PEACE

Author:
Veronique Egloff

Category:
RE-act

Description:
Video tape crochet, pipe, plastic film packing, (150cm) Usually I have a predilection for images created by the world of communication and advertising that incite us to consume over and over. On these bases, I have fun and go to campaign in turn. Because my aim is to show what such compulsive attitudes tend to upset, distort and degrade in us or in our environment. But I am deliberately free of any influence. Everything is a pretext for diversion, bypass, reversal, no matter the medium. And it is by wanting to get rid of the old video (VHS) cartoons of my daughters, that the idea arises. What to plastic to put off !!! This plastic had made them dream and me, today, in front of these boxes to throw, I cry. So I wanted to extend these stories in my own way and realize this "circle of peace"
