The dedicated art work consists of a three parted art piece. Each part is dedicated to another step of plastic in progress. In general the word plastic in Greek πλαστικός (plastikos) meaning "capable of being shaped or molded" and, in turn, from πλαστός (plastos) meaning "molded". The title of the project ,,plastic in progress" means the connection between two different meanings of the word plastic. One as a generic usage for the multidimensional material itself and the artistic approach to a 3 dimensional sculpture that also can be described as a plastic. The First part is made of two soft textile collages. Both are created thanks to the up cycling of decorative customer plastic bags. Both have one kind of plastic bag but in different size version as common material. One is placed in an aquarium that simulates the out of balance of the oceans due to the pollution of plastic waste by visualizing an overturned aquarium as the symbol of the human impact in nature.
